All our new products come with their own Manufacturers Warranty. These vary from Company to Company , so if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask , we would be only too happy to find the answers for you.
With prepaid orders we endeavour to meet the expected delivery dates as advised. However there are times that are beyond our control, and shipments are held up. We will endeavour to keep our valued clients updated as to the progress of their orders. It is in these instances we are unable to process refunds when product delivery is beyond our control, but will negotiate with our clients to find a amicable solution.
We will not give a refund if the client simply changes their mind, about a product purchase. We are however open to discuss any solutions the customer can suggest.
We will refund if the product is faulty and not covered by a manufacturers warranty, or we deem that it is reasonable for all party's to do so.
we do want our valued customers to talk to us , about any issue regarding their purchase, and we will extend our customer service for the life that our customers own their products. Including but limited too, pram repairs, car seat advice and management. etc,etc,
With our pre-loved items , these items do not come with any warranty , they are purchased in a see it , take it condition. Although all products of a pre-loved nature have been checked to ensure their safety and operation and are guaranteed to meet Australian Standards at them time of purchase.
Hired products , are clean and safe and suitable for use in australia, these items also come with the assurity that they meet current standards at the time of Hire.
